Welcome to our Membership Points Platform. This Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of our mobile application and related services. By registering, logging in, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
1.2 All information provided during registration (including your phone number and country/city) must be true, accurate, and complete, and must be kept up to date.
2.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2.2 All activities that occur under your account are your sole responsibility.
2.3 Each user may register and hold only one account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or terminated.
3.1 Points can be earned by scanning the official QR codes attached to participating products.
3.2 Each QR code can only be scanned and credited once. You must log in to your account before scanning; points will be credited to your account after a successful scan.
3.3 Scanning is limited to genuine, physical QR codes in your possession. Any form of reproduction, forging, or bulk malicious scanning is strictly prohibited.
4.1 Points can be used to redeem products in the Platform's redemption catalog, subject to availability.
4.2 Once a redemption order is submitted, points will be deducted immediately and cannot be refunded unless the order is cancelled in accordance with Platform rules.
4.3 Redeemed products must be collected at the designated pickup point. Please bring valid identification when collecting your order.
4.4 Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or sold.
5.1 Using any tool, script, or technical means to scan QR codes automatically or improperly;
5.2 Engaging in fraudulent scanning, point farming, or any behavior that damages the fairness of the Platform;
5.3 Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the Platform;
5.4 Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
The Platform reserves the right to deduct illegally obtained points, cancel related orders, and suspend or terminate accounts involved in the above conduct.
We value your privacy. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
If you wish to stop using the Platform, you may deactivate your account by contacting us. Unused points will be handled in accordance with Platform rules upon account closure.
